(More customer reviews)The motor looks pretty cheap, but has worked fine so far. I've tenderized about 25-30 lbs of steak with it, but it needs to do about 30 more pounds of meat before it pays for itself.

(More customer reviews)Tired of chopping small amounts of onions, garlic, parsley etc. Bought choppers before that did not work. Saw this one and gave it a try. Worked great. I can use it and put it in the dishwasher. After using it, bought a second on for my son that does a lot of cooking also. He also gives it good grades. It is not for chopping a whole onion but when you need a quarter cup or a few tablespoons it is excellent.

Hand Crafted African Padouk Wood Bread Knife, Made in USA Review

(More customer reviews)This is a really nice, almost artworthy, knife. It cuts well and is easy enough to control for thinner slices as well. The only thing that might make it better is if the handle were carved 90degrees off where it is. When you hold it comforatably the blade is horizontal instead of vertical, when you hold the blade vertical (to cut bread) the handle is not quite as comforatable. But the beauty of it almost makes up for that small error.

(More customer reviews)I have owned these knives for over 15 years and they DO NOT RUST. However, these knives are NOT for use in a professional kitchen, so professionals, buy your wustoff exc. They stay very sharp and they can be sent back whevever you feel they need to be sharpened. Also, if you have a broken piece they will send you a new one free of charge. So for the man who wrote that he thought the knives were not any good, you are wrong, these are the best knives I have ever owned and have continued to be reliable for 15 years. If you are new to cutco, try a double D edge knife first (it looks like it is serrated) you will be amazed with how great it works! Hooray for cutco!

The Pampered Chef Serrated Bread Knife Review

(More customer reviews)This is an outstanding bread knife and plastic sleeve. It's great for bagels as well as soft shell breads. It's sharp but with a rounded "tip" to minimize the chance of cutting yourself. It slips easily into and out of the plastic sleeve for safe storage and handling. I'd recommend this to anyone and without any reservations. It's an extremely well designed product and an excellent value. We keep some on hand to add to wedding gift baskets.

(More customer reviews)I have the Bosch Compact Mixer. I had trouble getting this to connect to the mixer. I called Bosch customer service in CA and discovered how to attach this. You must put the cover on the processor and snap it in place just as if you were going to process food. This moves the plastic tab on the bottom out of the way so it will attach. Works great once you know the secret!

Bosch MUZ 4 FW1 01 Meat Grinder with 4.5-Millimeter Perforated Disk Review

(More customer reviews)Well, I first ordered a cheap ... 250Watt meat grinder from Harbor Freight. It had a plastic worm gear, didn't work well at all, so it sits on my shelf. Then I got a hand operated meat grinder, and that turned out to be quite a lot of work. I like to grind my own burger and was still looking for a good meat grinder. I did own the Bosch mixer and noticed they made a meat grinder attachment (I bought the mixer after I bought my first two grinders). I have the 450 watt mixer. I figured I would try the meat grinder. I got the grinder and it was all metal, except for the tray on top and the push tube. Well, I diced my meat and got ready to grind some burger (I just don't trust supermarket stuff - too many recalls!). WOW! was I impressed -- this thing grinds like a demon! perfect hamburger. And, it ground up the meat as quickly as I could get it down the tube too...this is the one that I will keep and use for my burger grinding. The other two grinders that I own are going to go to Goodwill as a donation. Money well spent...
